As a Dialectical Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral (DBT) therapist, my goal is to help you function well in your life, work, and relationships. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life through use of skills which you can practice and use to improve your mood, thought process, and overall functioning. Many people benefit from hands on tools which can be practiced outside of therapy. Through practice of concrete skills many people can change how they feel or respond to stressors more effectivelly.
