Rates
$250.00 for initial evaluation
$225.00 per 45-minute session.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan but you will be responsible for determining and filing for reimbursement.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
